Risho cast limited current reactor
Thank you for your continued support in accident prevention for renewable energy generation.
We have a lot of delivery experience in accident current measures for facilities that generate electricity using renewable energy sources such as solar power, wind power, biomass, and small hydropower.
basic information
The current-limiting reactor is a coil designed to suppress fault currents in on-site power generation. When a large fault current flows, the coil can experience significant dimensional changes instantaneously, leading to potential damage. In response, the Showcast current-limiting reactor's coil is insulated with fiberglass-reinforced epoxy resin (FRP), allowing it to fulfill its role without breaking. Additionally, since it is of the air-core type, it exhibits stable characteristics without magnetic saturation. Furthermore, although it has a three-phase integrated structure, there is no shared magnetic path, so there is no risk of adversely affecting other phases during a single-line-to-ground fault. Instead of choosing from standard products, we respond with custom designs tailored to the actual needs of our customers. Through our past delivery achievements, we have accumulated a wealth of knowledge, and we look forward to your inquiries.
