ROCKWOOL Group announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2024. Revenue was €957 million (approximately ¥153 billion, based on an exchange rate of €1 = ¥160), representing a 5% increase year-on-year in local currency terms. On a reported basis, it increased by 6%. The EBIT margin was 18.1%, up by 1.9 percentage points. "As I deepen my understanding of our organization and customers, I am continually impressed by the quality of our team, technology, and our ability to respond to the market under changing circumstances. The group's sales and profitability performance in the third quarter and for the year is further evidence of this. In our key markets in Europe and North America, sales volume growth has been strong, driving revenue up. Profitability is also being driven by the increase in sales volume, combined with overall stable selling prices and high productivity. Overall in Europe, new residential construction activity remains subdued, but the renovation market is more resilient.
