Accurate ripple and noise measurements of power rails require a wideband oscilloscope and dedicated probes, providing an offset function to perform low-noise measurements and zoom in on DC voltage. The R&S RT-ZPR20 power rail probe, R&S RTE, and R&S RTO digital oscilloscopes are suitable tools for this measurement.
