This is an inline device that can easily measure the thickness of pipes (steel pipes, resin tubes, etc.) non-destructively using the ultrasonic echo method. It can measure the thickness of materials during transport and detect and record abnormalities such as upper and lower limits of wall thickness and uneven thickness with high precision. It also supports unit replacement for ultrasonic flaw detection systems from other companies (including overseas manufacturers). Customers facing issues with aging updates or those looking to establish a new line are welcome to consult with us.

Automatic control of flaw detection activation is possible via external control signals. Built-in interface function with control panel, connected to sequencer. Two encoder input terminals built-in. Multiple flaw detection conditions can be set automatically. Automatic switching of probes with a maximum of 4 channels. Flaw detection waveforms and results can be displayed via VGA output terminal. Flaw detection results displayed as numerical images, compatible with replacement of other company systems.
