Reinforced Bar Joint Ultrasonic Testing UI-S9 Reinforced Bar Three Brothers Series Mechanical Joint Inspection

Reinforced concrete mechanical joint ultrasonic inspection application supports calibration, testing, and result reporting in accordance with JIS standards.

The new dedicated application for the "UI-S9" portable ultrasonic flaw detector has been launched as part of the rebar three-brother series, featuring lineups for pressure joints, welds, and mechanical joints. It can also be used as a UI-S9 digital ultrasonic flaw detector, expanding its applications in various ultrasonic testing scenarios such as qualification acquisition, education, steel welding inspections, length and thickness measurements, and crack inspections. It meets the IP66 standard for dust and water resistance, providing protection for the equipment during sudden rain in outdoor work and preventing the intrusion of coupling agents into the device. The display is a 6.5-inch LED LCD, designed for high brightness and outdoor light conditions.
