Ultrasonic Testing Countermeasure Set for Chemical Plants
Ensuring the safety of reactors! Supporting the acquisition of JSNDI certification.
In the chemical plant industry, the safety and reliability of reactors are the most critical issues. Reactors are prone to damage due to material degradation and corrosion because they involve chemical reactions under high temperature and pressure, and any accidents could lead to significant harm. Therefore, early detection of abnormalities through regular inspections is essential. Our ultrasonic testing measures set is compatible with JSNDI Level 1 and Level 2, and it strongly supports those aiming to obtain certification qualifications for ultrasonic testing. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Inspection of welds in reactors - Corrosion and wall thickness inspection of piping - Abnormality detection in tanks 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Improvement of inspection skills through JSNDI certification - Assurance of safety through non-destructive testing - Contribution to stable plant operations - Reduction of accident risks through early abnormality detection

Riyuden Shonan Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in April 2004 through the merger of Riyuden Denshi Kiko Co., Ltd. and Shoryu Denshi Co., Ltd. As a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation's Kamakura Plant, our company has contributed to society through the design, manufacturing, sales, and maintenance of systems and electronic devices based on "monozukuri" (the art of making things), utilizing mechatronics, high-frequency technology, and ultrasonic testing technology. In the future, we aim to transform our business to flexibly respond to customer needs by focusing on outsourced processing, various manufacturing contracts, and ultrasonic non-destructive testing equipment, while sensitively capturing changes in the times and leveraging the knowledge we have cultivated so far. To realize our corporate philosophy of "contributing to the realization of a society filled with emotion and hope through continuous improvement of technology and skills and the demonstration of creativity," we will work together as a company, valuing harmony among people, and pursuing high quality and high reliability in "monozukuri" that ensures safety, security, and comfort, thereby contributing to the construction of a better and sustainable society.
