We would like to introduce a case study from Ryuki Engineering, which proposes a reduction in the running costs of water treatment. We received a request from a food processing factory to dry and reduce the weight of their residual materials in order to cut disposal costs. 【Case Study】 ■Industry: Food Processing Factory ■Challenges - When disposing of residual materials (press cake), the disposal fee is determined by weight, leading to high costs for disposing of moisture-laden residuals. - They wanted to dry and reduce the weight of the residual materials to cut disposal costs. To further enhance the efficiency of processing the juice generated during the drying process, we proposed a combination of dewatering and ECO Clean.
