Notice of participation in the 'Paint and Coating Equipment Exhibition [Intex Osaka: Kurita Industries Co., Ltd. Booth]' from May 13 (Wednesday) to May 15 (Friday), 2026.
Our company will be exhibiting at the "Paint and Coating Equipment Exhibition" held at Intex Osaka from May 13 (Wednesday) to May 15 (Friday), 2026. At this exhibition, we will conduct a live demonstration using a FANUC explosion-proof robot and an air mix painting machine, allowing you to see a painting demonstration using actual paint. This will enable you to directly confirm the ease of starting up and operating robotic painting. Furthermore, our air mix painting machine, with its excellent penetration capability, can handle painting on complex shapes. We will also propose flexible and efficient operations through direct teaching, leveraging this feature. ✔ Measures for labor shortages ✔ Stabilization of robotic painting quality ✔ Increased productivity and reduced labor If you are facing any of these challenges, we invite you to experience our equipment firsthand during this opportunity. We will also be available for specific consultations regarding on-site issues and considerations for implementation. We sincerely look forward to your visit.

Introduction of "Air Mix" case studies.
We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of "Air Mix." At the Kashima Factory of Sumitomo Forestry Crest Co., Ltd., this product was introduced in the intermediate and top coating processes. It has been evaluated that the introduction led to a 50% cost reduction due to savings in paint from improved application efficiency, enhanced working environment from reduced overspray, shortened cleaning time for dry booths, stabilization of coating quality from improved maneuverability, and elimination of uneven coating. Additionally, this product is used selectively in processes that use the same paint, while coloring is done with the conventional air spray method. The application efficiency of typical air spray is said to be about 30%, and it has been significantly improved to 60-70% with this product. Details of the case study are provided in the related materials. For more information, please refer to the materials or feel free to contact us.

A case study of the latest spray gun "Air Mix" has been published in the Paint News.
The case of Kasugai Painting Company, which introduced the Shark Kremlin spray gun "Air Mix," has been featured in the 4259th issue of the Paint Report. This product combines the advantages of high coating efficiency of airless spraying and the fine atomization performance of air spray. Traditionally, it was recognized that electrostatic painting had the highest coating efficiency, but it has been proven that Air Mix is a technology that is equally competitive. It achieves coating efficiency comparable to electrostatic painting without the hassle of using electricity. We hope you will consider it as an alternative to electrostatic painting. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
