The painting machine from Sames Kremlin enables high-efficiency coating in recesses due to its "high coating efficiency on flat surfaces" and "good penetration," allowing for complete coating without corrections even with short cycles and small quantities of diverse products. The Bell painting machine 'Nano Bell 801' achieves high coating efficiency without static electricity. The air mix painting machine 'Air Mix AVX' achieves excellent coating quality and a coating efficiency of 86%. We propose the automation of hand-spray processes for medium and small-scale lines, and we also provide teaching know-how for customers engaged in small-batch, diverse painting. This enables painting on a variety of substrates. For example, if the coating efficiency of an air spray line is increased from 30% to 50%, the annual paint reduction rate is an impressive 40%. If the paint cost is 2 million yen per month, a reduction of 800,000 yen per month is possible. Furthermore, there is less mist dispersion, which can reduce cleaning costs for booths and filters.
