The Clippard diaphragm-type solenoid valve "NIV Series" is an ultra-compact diaphragm solenoid valve designed for use with high-purity chemicals. By using PTFE for the fluid passage of the main body and Viton for the diaphragm, it has a structure that offers high corrosion resistance and heat resistance. It is available in two types: normally open and normally closed, as well as a convenient three-way type for control, with four orifice sizes ranging from 1.0mm to 4.0mm to match the flow rate.
