Carbon PEEK piping fittings "Antlock"
Piping fittings that achieve a balance of heat resistance, chemical resistance, lightweight, strength, and cost-effectiveness.
Antlock is a piping fitting designed to balance heat resistance, strength, chemical resistance, and cost-effectiveness, made from the super engineering plastic "PEEK." This Antlock utilizes the heat and chemical resistance characteristics of PEEK resin while incorporating carbon to further enhance strength. It adopts a simple and proven ferrule-less structure for connecting to tubes, ensuring reliable and speedy work. It is suitable for applications that previously used metal fittings such as stainless steel, providing weight reduction and rust prevention, as well as cost reduction in fields that used fluoropolymer fittings. 【Free sample distribution for the first 1,000 sets】 If you are interested, please contact us promptly using the form below. [Free Seminar on March 18 (Friday), also available via web streaming] Tube Manufacturer Edition: Selection of Piping Components, Basics ▶ Matching of Tubes and Fittings (Afternoon Session)
A special edition of the seminar "Selection of Piping Components: The Basics ▶ Matching Tubes and Fittings," which was held in January to February 2022 and received positive feedback. This time, we will invite Hakkou Co., Ltd. as a guest to discuss the matching of tubes and fittings from the unique perspective of a tube manufacturer. We will share insights from different angles compared to the last session, including the results of burst test data, considerations for fitting selection based on tube structure, and the advantages of laminated tubes, which Hakkou specializes in. In conjunction with this, we will announce new products from Sanwa Enterprise: → "A completely new piping fitting made from carbon fiber reinforced PEEK" "Three types of plastic hose clamps that vary by application" (Limited to the venue) In the latter half, we will conduct a workshop where participants can actually experience connecting fittings and tubes. After the seminar, we will also offer individual consultations and showroom tours. If you are struggling with the selection of piping components or wish to reference this for future designs, please join us.

Strong! Lightweight! Economical! The industry's first tube fittings made with carbon PEEK resin are now on sale. Samples are also being distributed.
Sanwa Enterprise Co., Ltd., which handles fluid piping fittings, has developed a tube fitting called "Antlock" that balances heat resistance, chemical resistance, lightweight, durability, and low cost. Sales will begin on Tuesday, January 12, 2021. Antlock is the industry's first tube fitting made from carbon PEEK resin. By utilizing the inherent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and lightweight properties of PEEK, and incorporating carbon, it achieves enhanced strength and significant cost reduction suitable for mass production. It can be used not only for coolant piping that requires heat resistance and durability but also for liquid transport lines handling corrosive fluids such as sodium hypochlorite. It is ideal for applications that previously used metal fittings like stainless steel, providing weight reduction and rust prevention, as well as cost reduction in areas that used fluoropolymer fittings. The compatible tube sizes are 8×6mm, 6×4mm, and 4×2mm, with a planned sales price of 650 yen for all three types. A sample set containing all types will be distributed to interested users.

The carbon PEEK joint "Antlock" has been featured in the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun.
The carbon PEEK joint "Antlock" has been featured in the Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun (January 8, 2021 issue), which has a circulation of 420,000 copies. Antlock is a tube joint that uses carbon PEEK resin, the first of its kind in the industry. By incorporating carbon while leveraging the inherent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and lightweight properties of PEEK, it achieves both significant strength enhancement and substantial cost reduction suitable for mass production. It is ideal for applications that previously used metal joints like stainless steel, providing weight reduction and rust prevention, as well as cost savings in areas that used fluororesin joints. Sales will begin on Tuesday, January 12, 2021. The compatible tube sizes are 8×6mm, 6×4mm, and 4×2mm, with a planned selling price of 650 yen for all three types. A sample set containing all types will be distributed to interested users. Our company was founded in 1971 and has been introducing unique and excellent products from overseas to our customers in Japan. We handle over 10,000 items, including fittings, couplings, various valves, and check valves. Among these, we take pride in being a pioneer in the market for small plastic piping components manufactured by CPC in the United States, such as CPC couplings, which we have been proposing since 30 years ago when brass and stainless steel were the norm. These products are widely used in small devices across various fields, including general industry, healthcare, food and beverage, printing, and experimentation, due to their features of being "compact," "lightweight," and "offering a wide variety." Additionally, in the field of industrial air equipment, we have been supplying products focused on "cooling," "blowing," and "air transport" using compressed air, including the "Cryogenic Air Generator Kolder," to manufacturing sites across various sectors for many years. In recent years, we have also been focusing on new product development in different fields, including springs made from PEEK resin. In April 2018, as part of our new initiative to improve customer satisfaction in industrial piping components, we opened a satellite showroom in Odaiba displaying approximately 2,500 items.
