[Free Online Seminar] New Approach to Solve Challenges in Sterility Testing (Membrane Filter Method): Achieving Regulatory Compliance and Efficiency with Sterisart Universal Pump
In the QC field, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of sterility testing is always required. On the other hand, traditional sterility testing often reveals issues such as human errors, the burden of record management, and risks stemming from intervention operations. In this seminar, we will introduce how our Sterisart Universal Pump, 4th generation, addresses these challenges. Additionally, we will present Sartorius's comprehensive microbial quality management products. In environmental monitoring (process management in pharmaceutical manufacturing), we will briefly introduce the concept and operational examples of continuous monitoring in accordance with EU GMP Annex 1, as well as peripheral approaches such as the new Cyclus rapid microbial test kit. We hope you will join us!

4th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Antibody Research - Exhibition Information
We will be exhibiting at the "4th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Antibody Research" held at Omiya Sonic City from December 1 to 3. At our booth, we will showcase the Octet R8e biomolecular interaction analysis system. On the first day, we will host a tea time seminar featuring Professor Noriko Yamano-Adachi from Osaka University. We invite you to stop by! **Booth** Omiya Sonic City, Exhibition Hall 1 **Tea Time Seminar** December 1 (Monday) 15:05 - 15:35 Omiya Sonic City, Exhibition Hall 5 **Speaker:** Associate Professor Noriko Yamano-Adachi Department of Bioengineering, Graduate School of Engineering, Osaka University **Title:** Measurement of the affinity of antibodies produced in different host cells and antibodies with different higher-order structural characteristics against antigens **Abstract:** CHO cells are still used as the standard host for biopharmaceutical production. We observed structural changes in antibodies associated with culture and confirmed the transition from a closed structure to a Y-shaped structure. This presentation will introduce the affinity analysis results obtained using the Octet system and examples of its applications.

[Free Online Seminar] Accelerating Organoid Research with Live Cell Analysis and Cell Picking - Towards the Realization of Personalized Medicine
Organoid technology requires reliable culture and analysis methods for applications in research and drug screening, and conventional methods face challenges due to limitations in the objective monitoring of 3D structures. In this regard, the organoid analysis application of the live cell analysis system Incucyte automates workflows, tracks and quantifies growth and morphology in real-time, and streamlines analysis and culture optimization, making it a powerful tool across a wide range of fields. In this seminar, we will present the latest information, including assay results using 96-well plates, in addition to the QC evaluation content introduced in the previous webinar. We will also explain the recognition and recovery methods for organoids using the automated cell imaging and picking device CellCelector, showcasing Sartorius's total solution that achieves an efficient workflow in combination with Incucyte. We look forward to your participation! Instructors: Sartorius Japan K.K. Takeshi Seguchi, Shohei Shimonishi Application deadline: November 7, 2025 (Friday) by 17:00.

[Free Online Seminar] Utilization of Interaction Analysis in Infectious Disease Research
In recent years, particularly due to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus, there has been a strong demand for the rapid development of vaccines, diagnostic methods, and research on therapeutic drugs for infectious disease control. To accelerate the development of therapeutic drugs and vaccines, high-throughput screening from many candidates and analytical instruments capable of more accurate and rapid characterization are necessary. The Octet system can measure binding interactions between biomolecules in unpurified samples. With its unique BLI technology and the design of instruments that allow simultaneous measurement of multiple samples, it enables high-throughput screening of candidate molecules, evaluation of binding characteristics, and concentration measurement. It is widely used not only in the development of therapeutic drugs and vaccines but also in research on fundamental infection mechanisms. In this seminar, we will introduce examples of the application of the Octet biomolecular interaction analysis system in the research and development of therapeutic drugs and vaccines, as well as research cases that contribute to understanding fundamental infection mechanisms. We hope you will join us! Instructor: Sartorius Japan K.K. Yusuke Maruyama Application deadline: By 17:00 on November 14, 2025 (Friday)
