We hope you will stop by! **Booth** Booth Number: West Building 9, 1F - 14 **Luncheon Seminar** September 9 (Monday) 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM 2L-B (Venue B, West Building 9, W9-324) Speaker: Dr. Akiyo Kato Graduate School of Bioagricultural Sciences, Nagoya University Title: Production of Fab Antibodies by Microorganisms and Case Studies of Affinity Measurement Using Trace Samples Abstract: In our laboratory, we are developing techniques for the production and evaluation of single B cell-derived monoclonal antibodies using an E. coli cell-free protein synthesis system, as well as methods for large-scale production of Fab antibodies utilizing recombinant production systems by microorganisms. In this presentation, I would like to mainly introduce case studies of BLI method analysis using trace samples, including affinity analysis of Fab antibodies produced in microbial systems, analysis using solutions of difficult-to-purify or unidentified antigens, and affinity analysis between proteins and DNA.
