Our company will be exhibiting at the Monozukuri Fair 2023 held at Marine Messe Fukuoka. At this venue, we will showcase a variety of cable processing equipment, including tabletop stripping devices, measuring, cutting, and stripping devices, and laser processing equipment, all of which have a proven track record in a wide range of industries, including wire harnesses. We invite you to visit us during this opportunity.

The "Schleuniger Strip Series B340" stripping device features a 4-blade rotary head that quickly and accurately strips even difficult-to-process electrical wires. Like other B series models, it offers ergonomic machine design, a revamped user interface, and a high-resolution 5-inch color touchscreen for comfortable operation. It can be used immediately with minimal training. Additionally, the B340 excels in repeatability and machine accuracy, demonstrating high productivity and versatility. By continuously controlling the axes of set values and actual values, it eliminates the need for reference, enhancing quality and saving valuable time. Please feel free to contact Schleuniger Japan!

The "PEC 40," with a cycle time of less than one second, achieves high output and significant time savings compared to conventional cable assembly. Setup time is reduced with color-coded interchangeable parts that can be swapped without tools, preventing handling errors. The software, seamlessly integrated into the CrimpCenter HMI, includes all necessary manufacturing parameters. The ferrules are displayed in the corresponding standard colors, allowing operators to easily verify the processing order visually. Thanks to the fully integrated software, crimping forces corresponding to each conductor cross-section are available.

The Schleuniger Group's "Transfer Line Family S50" has won the prestigious iF Design Award in the "Industrial/Tools" category this year. The reason for the award is believed to be the product's rich innovative technologies, which are modular and highly expandable. In terms of changing setups for various applications, the improved tool carrier concept equipped with insertion and removal mechanisms allows for processing stations to be exchanged instantly and easily. Furthermore, all maintenance and calibration can be performed externally from the machine.

The "Schleuniger Strip Series B300" stripping device boasts an excellent price-performance ratio, offering new possibilities within its price range. Its ergonomic machine design, revamped user interface, and high-resolution 5-inch color touchscreen enable comfortable operation without the need for programming experience. Moreover, this product excels in repeatability, machine accuracy, and fast operation, demonstrating high productivity for standard stripping applications. By continuously controlling the axes of set values and actual values, it eliminates the need for reference, enhancing quality and saving valuable time.

Our company will be exhibiting at the 36th Internepcon Japan held at Tokyo Big Sight. At the venue, we will showcase a variety of cable processing equipment, including tabletop stripping devices, measuring, cutting, and stripping devices, and laser processing equipment, all of which have a proven track record in a wide range of industries, starting with wire harnesses. The highlight will be cable processing utilizing "Digital Transformation" data. This will be particularly essential for everyone involved in control panel manufacturing. We invite you to see the actual machines and demonstrations at the venue. We are thoroughly implementing measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, such as "wearing masks," "alcohol disinfection," "avoiding the three Cs," and "ensuring social distancing." All of our employees sincerely look forward to your visit.

To promote the digitalization and automation of control panel manufacturing, we have started offering a solution that combines the panel manufacturing support system "WIRE CAM DX" from ECAD Solutions and our fully automatic cable cutting and stripping machine control software "Cayman." 【Benefits of the Combination】 ■ The wire processing data designed with "WIRE CAM DX" is linked to "Cayman" via I/F software. ■ The I/F software is available for free. ■ Automatic programming is performed, mechanizing and reducing labor for wire processing tasks. ■ It enables quality improvement and reduction of lead time. ■ "Cayman" supports 10 languages, including Japanese and English.
