The "PEC 40," with a cycle time of less than one second, achieves high output and significant time savings compared to conventional cable assembly. Setup time is reduced with color-coded interchangeable parts that can be swapped without tools, preventing handling errors. The software, seamlessly integrated into the CrimpCenter HMI, includes all necessary manufacturing parameters. The ferrules are displayed in the corresponding standard colors, allowing operators to easily verify the processing order visually. Thanks to the fully integrated software, crimping forces corresponding to each conductor cross-section are available.
