Flow Gripper SCG
Vacuum gripper suitable for highly breathable workpieces and workpieces with uneven surfaces.
The Schmalz Flow Gripper SCG is a vacuum gripper that integrates a high-suction vacuum generator. It can operate solely on compressed air. The suction surface features POM porous plates suitable for highly breathable materials such as fiber-reinforced composites, textiles, and foams, as well as for uneven workpieces like printed circuit boards.

【Features】 - Equipped with a vacuum generator that has a high suction capacity, enabling the transport of highly breathable workpieces. - (In combination with a porous plate) Prevents the retraction of thin workpieces due to weak vacuum pressure and surface adhesion. - (In combination with suction pads) Effective for the suction transport of workpieces with uneven surfaces or curved shapes. - Offers three materials for suction pads: ESD-safe rubber (yellow), abrasion-resistant silicone rubber (white), and metal detector-compatible silicone rubber (blue-gray), catering to various applications. - Capable of vacuum release, reducing cycle time.
