We would like to inform you that our Chairman of the Board, Shogo Ota, has been awarded the "Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays" in the spring of Heisei 22. The summary of contributions related to this award is as follows: - Contributed to the stable supply of electricity in our country through the industrialization of lightning protection products and earthquake countermeasure products, as well as the development of construction methods for these products. Shogo Ota established Showden Co., Ltd. on October 15, 1965, and became the President and CEO. In November 2005, he assumed the position of Chairman of the Board, which he holds to this day. Keinosuke Arai, the director of the SD Disaster Prevention Research Institute, has been awarded the 3rd Hoshino Award by the Institute of Electrical Equipment.
