Announcement of the "Earthquake Preparedness Online Seminar" on March 10, 2021 (Wednesday)

It has already been nearly 10 years since the Great East Japan Earthquake, which caused unprecedented damage. Since the earthquake, major earthquakes have occurred across the country, including the "Kumamoto Earthquake" and the "Hokkaido Eastern Iburi Earthquake in 2018." Furthermore, measures against the anticipated massive earthquakes, such as the Nankai Trough, where the source areas of the Tokai, Tonankai, and Nankai earthquakes are expected to be interconnected, are a common challenge for all companies and organizations. In this seminar, as we reach the 10-year milestone since the Great East Japan Earthquake, we will clearly introduce a wealth of information requested by many of you, ranging from basic knowledge of earthquake countermeasures to new strategies and case studies by facility type. By implementing the above, we will support the effective review of earthquake countermeasures and disaster prevention plans.
