We are developing plastic molded products with micro-rough surface shapes at the level of several tens of microns, utilizing our long-established injection molding technology and know-how, which could not be addressed by conventional techniques. We have achieved ultra-high precision injection molding with rib shapes of 20μm in height and convex shapes of 15μm in height with a small gradient. This enables us to serve a wide range of industries, from research and development equipment in the bio and medical fields to cutting-edge automotive sensing components and fine electronics parts for smartphones and other information communication devices. We can not only replace existing products but also apply our multifaceted technology from the development of new ideas to mass production. By fully utilizing the technology, development resources, and production systems of the SEKISUI Group, we will provide full support for mass production while conducting product planning, prototype development, and verification tests to meet our customers' ideal products.
