Sensirion plans to launch its latest photoacoustic NDIR CO2 sensor, the "SCD43." It will be available through Sensirion's channel partners in the summer of 2025. This compact and high-precision CO2 sensor is an improved version of our proven SCD4x photoacoustic NDIR CO2 platform, designed to meet stringent building code requirements. Product Overview: - Compatibility with the comprehensive building standard ASHRAE 62.1 Draft Addendum d - Industry-leading measurement accuracy (±30ppm + 3% m.v.) - Drop-in upgrade for SCD4x sensors - Compact form factor of 10.1 x 10.1 x 6.5 mm - SMD solderable CO2 concentration is a critical indicator for assessing indoor air quality (IAQ), and elevated levels can negatively impact cognitive function and health. Air quality monitors and devices utilizing the SCD4x contribute to the proper management of CO₂ levels, helping to maintain a healthy and productive indoor environment.
