The "TFLN-G2-1550-W" is a thin-film LN modulator that achieves significant miniaturization and efficiency. The 3dB electro-optic bandwidth is >80GHz, and at 4.5dB, it exceeds >110GHz. For packaged products, the driving voltage is 3V, with an option of around 2V.
