The "MEMS Tunable Filter" is a compact 2-port device that utilizes proprietary MEMS technology. It demultiplexes the input multi-wavelength signal and uses a tilted MEMS mirror as the tuning mechanism. It removes the multiplexing of the input multi-wavelength signal and selects the desired wavelength channel.
