In January 2026, we signed a "Cooperation Agreement on the Utilization of Drone Support Vehicles and Some of the World's Smallest Drones" with Toyota City. This agreement aims to conduct demonstrations in collaboration with local governments regarding inspection operations utilizing drones, verifying their effectiveness and identifying challenges. At Shinmei Industries, we have been working on the development and improvement of vehicles and equipment used in the field through our automotive business. We would like to introduce a case study on the introduction plan of the "Multi-Functional Vehicle Sakura" in local governments. This time, we will focus on the case of Toyota City in Aichi Prefecture. Through the dispatch to the disaster area during the Noto Peninsula Earthquake in the 6th year of Reiwa, the effectiveness and necessity of toilet vehicles were reaffirmed. Starting from the 6th year of Reiwa, the decision was made to introduce three toilet vehicles, one of which is the "Multi-Functional Vehicle Sakura." We will introduce the background of the introduction and the expected effects of its implementation.

We will be exhibiting at the "Disaster Prevention Industry Exhibition 2026" held at Tokyo Big Sight. This exhibition, themed "Realizing a Resilient Society through Disaster Prevention and Mitigation," brings together the government, local authorities, and businesses to showcase the latest technologies and solutions related to disaster prevention and mitigation. Our multifunctional vehicle, Sakura, will be displayed in the special section "Disaster Response and Comfortable Toilet Exhibition in Disaster Prevention Industry Exhibition 2026."
