Indirect heating ceramic immersion tube heating gas burner [CIH burner]

For aluminum melting furnaces, holding furnaces, and zinc melting furnaces! It reduces gas absorption into molten metal.

The "Gas Ceramic Immersion Heater" is a radiant tube burner that enables the uniformization of molten metal temperatures. The gas ceramic tube directly heats from within molten metals such as aluminum and zinc, achieving a reduction in oxides, uniformity of molten metal temperatures, significant energy savings, and a reduction in metal loss in aluminum melting furnaces and zinc plating furnaces. We offer three models: "CIH-100A," "CIH-150A," and "CIH-225S." 【Features】 ■ The gas ceramic tube achieves significant energy savings and reduction in metal loss ■ Improved heat transfer to the molten metal ■ Uniformization of molten metal temperatures ■ Reduction of gas absorption into the molten metal ■ Decrease in dross *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
