Aluminum Holding Burner - High Brightness Swirling Flat Flame - EIRS Burner

The EIRS burner is the ideal burner for non-ferrous metal holding furnaces that require a high-brightness flat flame.

The EIRS burner is a gas burner of the nozzle mix type that produces a high-brightness flat flame. The swirling flat frame prevents the flame from contacting the aluminum melt, allowing the melt surface to be gently maintained, which suppresses the generation of oxides. It has a large turndown ratio, achieving stable combustion across the entire range of combustion amounts. The radiant heat from the high-brightness flame improves fuel efficiency. By maintaining stable combustion at a low air ratio, it minimizes excessive oxygen, which can cause oxides. Preheated air is available (up to 300°C). Since it uses a direct ignition method, a pilot burner is not required, simplifying the piping system. 【Features】 - Stable combustion can be achieved - The flame is a high-brightness swirling flame along the furnace wall - The combustion system is simple - Preheated air can be utilized - Easy maintenance and inspection *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Since its establishment in 1959, Seiei Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has supplied gas burners and industrial furnaces to various fields. Leveraging the "combustion technology" and "thermal utilization technology" developed during this time, we are working on the development of "hydrogen and ammonia combustion technology" and "low-carbon thermal equipment." At the "Thermal Technology Research Institute," we can conduct combustion tests of hydrogen gas burners, as well as tests for painting drying and aluminum melting using hydrogen combustion. Additionally, we can perform various tests to solve issues related to thermal equipment. As professionals in thermal equipment, we are committed to contributing to the realization of carbon-neutral manufacturing.
