We would like to introduce a case of "Bend Pipe Renewal Work for Cement Transport Piping" conducted at the Cement Service Station in Mie Prefecture. Bend pipes are particularly prone to wear, and as wear progresses inside the piping, holes will eventually develop. The bend pipe in this case had reached its renewal period due to aging, so it was decided to replace it. After removing the existing piping, we proceeded with the installation of new piping. Although we could only measure at two points, the entrance and exit, we conducted the measurements meticulously, allowing for a smooth renewal process.
