We would like to introduce a case of relocating silos due to the construction of a new plant!
We would like to introduce the relocation work of the cement silo that was carried out at a concrete secondary products factory in Shiga Prefecture. With the construction of the new plant, it was necessary to move the silo to a different location, and we conducted the relocation work. The silo to be relocated has a diameter of 4,800 mm, a height of 13,000 mm, and weighs approximately 11 tons. This was the first time we relocated a silo of this size, and we were concerned about whether the silo would deform when lifted, but we were relieved to complete the work safely.
