  Vibration meter / portable vibration meter(9)

  This is a measuring instrument for measuring vibrations. It can switch between measuring acceleration, velocity, and displacement. There are portable vibration meters that are small enough to fit in a pocket and have a digital display.

  Vibration monitor(13)

  What is referred to as a vibration meter requires a person to go near the measured object, such as a rotating machine, to take measurements. In the case of vibration monitoring instruments, sensors are installed on the measured object. Cables are run from the sensors to display the vibration values at a location several meters to several hundred meters away. Additionally, if abnormal vibrations occur, it can activate an alarm relay, sound a warning buzzer, or cut off the power to the rotating machine.

  General amplifiers amplify voltage, but in the case of charge amplifiers, they amplify charge. They are compatible with piezoelectric sensors, which are also referred to as piezo sensors. There are various types of piezoelectric sensors, including accelerometers, force sensors, and pressure sensors, and charge amplifiers can be used with any of them.

  Field Balancer / Portable Balancer(4)

  Rotating machines generate vibrations when there is an imbalance in the rotating object. A portable balancer determines the balance correction position and correction weight by measuring vibrations and phase. Unlike a stationary balancing machine, it does not have the capability to rotate the rotor by itself. It is taken to the vicinity of the rotating machine to perform the balance correction. Therefore, it can correct the balance of rotating bodies with masses ranging from several tens of grams to over several hundred tons.
