DX Transformation of Production and Process Management: Case Studies on "Non-Peeling" Barcode Labels
We offer examples of the adoption of "CeralaabelⓇ," which does not peel off even in harsh environments such as high temperatures, chemicals, and impacts, and is compatible with metals, glass, trays, and clothing!
As barcode systems developed primarily in the POS industry have become widespread as tools for automating production factories and quality control, the barcode labels, which are supply items, can no longer rely solely on paper due to the diversification of production environments. Labels made from materials suitable for the usage environment have become essential. At our company, we initially developed ceramic barcode labels in response to a development request from semiconductor production technology personnel who faced such issues. This led us to engage in the production of barcode labels for special applications. By developing barcode labels suitable for various environments, we now offer a wide variety of heat-resistant and chemical-resistant labels. With the automation of industrial product production, we have greatly contributed to the digitization of product history and management in areas that were previously considered impossible to manage.
