Vacuum casting

This is a molding process where a master model is cast in silicone, and resin is poured into the mold in a vacuum-like chamber to create a replica. It is suitable for mass production where the budget does not fit with metal molds. Since we carry out in-house integrated production from the master model, we can accommodate short delivery times. Coloring, color matching, two-color molding, and insert molding are also possible.
