Our company uses resin molds for silicone rubber molding. This allows us to keep initial costs lower than metal mold molding, and we can accommodate short delivery times for small production runs. After you have prototypes made at our company, we can also handle mass production at our partner factories. We have a track record of producing large gaskets exceeding 500mm x 200mm, as well as thin items with a thickness of 0.2mm. Additionally, insert molding and various coloring options are available.
