【お客様の困り事】 大切にされている旧車のテールランプが割れてしまい、メーカーにも部品の在庫がない状況でした。 ネットで部品を探しても見つからず、ディーラーにも断られ、最後の望みとして私たちにご相談いただきました。 「現物はあるけど、図面もデータもない。こんな状態でも何とかなるだろうか…」と、不安を感じていらっしゃいました。 【部品復元のプロセス】 ■現物をお預かりし、精密3Dスキャン：割れてしまったテールランプの現物を丁寧にお預かりし、高精度3Dスキャナで形状を正確にデジタルデータ化。 ■3Dモデリング：スキャンデータをもとに、部品の機能を考慮しながら忠実に3Dデータを作成。割れた部分も、健全な部分から形状を予測して完璧に再現。 ■マスターモデル製作：作成した3Dデータをもとに、高精度なマスターモデル（真空注型用の原型）を製作。 ■真空注型による複製：マスターモデルからシリコン型を作り、元の部品の質感や透明度を再現できる特殊な樹脂で真空注型を実行。元の赤いレンズの色味を再現したのはもちろん、お客様のご要望で青やピンクといったカラーバリエーションの試作も。
