SIRC Co., Ltd. has released a new product, the "IoT Digital Input Unit," which wirelessly transmits data obtained from existing measuring instruments via Bluetooth and aggregates it in the cloud or data loggers. This product easily captures signals from widely used devices in the field, such as production quantity counters and flow meters for air, liquids, and gases, centralizing data that was previously managed separately. It strongly supports the utilization of data as a foundation for promoting energy savings and improving operational efficiency. Key features include the ability to connect up to three devices with a single touch using the included terminal block. Each count can be recorded individually, allowing for flexible management of multiple devices simultaneously. Additionally, it supports both battery operation and external power supply, enabling users to switch according to the environment and application in the field.

SIRC Co., Ltd. has evolved its "SIRC Cloud" into a data utilization platform that not only visualizes data but also provides hints for energy conservation and CO₂ reduction. With the new product "IoT Digital Input Unit," it has become possible to collect and analyze various data such as production quantities and flow rates, and the renewal of gateways and data loggers allows for the connection of sensors from other companies. By centralizing scattered on-site data and understanding correlations, it supports energy conservation and operational efficiency. While large companies are advancing in managing emissions including Scope 1 to 3, small and medium-sized enterprises face challenges in capital investment and data collection.
