Streamlining Job System and Lift Call, Call During Reception Absence: Case Study of Fukami Shell Mold Industry
Before the introduction, it seems that they were searching for lifts and supervisors, resulting in poor production efficiency. At the time of relocating the factory, they introduced the wireless Andon system, Sonnet-kun. After the introduction, the issue of work stopping while going to call a lift for product collection was improved. Transmitters were installed to call supervisors and lifts from within the factory. A system was also set up at the reception to handle situations when the reception was unattended. Three calling patterns: 1. Calling a supervisor in case of trouble The rotating light "red" and the "red number" on the receiver are used to call the supervisor. 2. Calling a lift for finished product collection The rotating light "green" and the "green number" on the receiver are used to call the lift. In the attached tent warehouse, only the rotating light was installed. When it lights up, they return to the area and check the call number. 3. Calling when the reception is unattended A contact receiver and rotating light were installed on a dedicated workbench for office staff in the area. When the rotating light lights up, they return to the reception. To ensure they notice even when away from the workbench, the reception number was set to 99 and displayed on the dual-sided receiver. Due to the significant noise in the area, there was a request to rely on visual cues, but the use of rotating lights improved awareness, and the issues during unattended reception were resolved, leading to satisfaction.

【Product Introduction】Detects machine abnormalities using a power detection module. Automatically sends error notifications.
This time, we will create a system using the "Clamp-type Current Detection Module (CTT-16-CS10)" from URD Corporation that automatically notifies when a machine is subjected to a load above a certain threshold via an external contact transmitter. We will test the process of switching the dryer from "cold" to "set" as a state where the machine is under load. This clamp-type current detection module (CTT-16-CS10) can detect currents from 1A to 10A. When connecting, we will create an appropriate extension cord and split the power cord into two. We will clamp the current detection module onto one of them. When switched to set (hot), approximately 5A of current will flow. Since it is set to detect currents above 1A, the transmitter will activate, and a number will be displayed on the receiver. If we can detect abnormal loads on the equipment, there is no need for regular inspections. This allows us to focus on other tasks, making it efficient. There are various ways to use it, such as connecting it to other sensors or the contacts of a rotating light.

[Medical] We have introduced Sonnet-kun for calls that we want to notice immediately! [Tajimi Hospital]
The Tajimi Hospital in Gifu Prefecture has introduced Sonnet-kun in their central medical building. To help nurses quickly notice when patients, doctors, or other nurses need assistance, a call button system featuring Sonnet-kun has been installed. It is now easy to identify the location of calls by sound and number. 【Doctors calling nurses】 Transmitters have been installed at the desks in each examination room. 【Patients calling nurses】 Transmitters have been installed for use at the beds in the treatment room. 【Nurses calling nurses】 Transmitters are used when additional help is needed. Receivers have been installed in both the examination room corridor and the treatment room, with calls being separated for each area. Calls from nurses are set to display on both receivers. The speaker system differentiates the call sounds for patients and nurses, allowing for immediate identification of the call location by tone. You can view more details from the link below.

Temporary COVID Medical Facility" Equipped with Wireless Bells for Calling Doctors! "Sonnet-kun
In a temporary medical facility for COVID-19 patients, Sonnet-kun is actively responding to calls from doctors. This time, we have installed a wireless call bell, "Sonnet-kun," in a temporary medical facility that lacks built-in communication devices like intercoms. Doctors can see which room the patient is calling from in the waiting room. [Call System in the Temporary Medical Facility] This temporary medical facility requested a system that allows patients who are not feeling well to quickly call a doctor. Transmitters are installed in each room, and receivers and a cancellation device are set up in the doctor's waiting room. [How to Use Sonnet-kun] 1. The patient presses the transmitter in their room. 2. The doctor sees the room number on the receiver. 3. The doctor heads to the room. 4. The examination takes place. Patients can easily call a doctor when they feel unwell or want to discuss their symptoms. Doctors also appreciate being able to focus on other tasks until they are called. In makeshift facilities or rooms without systems like intercoms, it is not easy to call for help. Installing intercoms later incurs time and costs. With Sonnet-kun, it is possible to create a simple call system easily.

Golf practice range: Not just for calls! A combination of a walkie-talkie that can make emergency calls with one push.
Here is a case study on the introduction of transceivers at a golf practice range in Chiba Prefecture. We are using a combination of two types of transceivers for the purpose of "emergency reporting with one push." [Combination] 1: [DK-PN02] This is a wireless call system that utilizes specific low-power radio. It allows you to send pre-recorded and set audio to the communication transceiver with one push. When an optional earphone is attached, it can also be used as a simple transceiver. 2: [FTH-314] This is also a specific low-power radio, so it can receive signals transmitted from the [DK-PN02]. [Usage Method] When the call button on the [DK-PN02] is pressed, a pre-recorded message saying, "This is an emergency! Please help!" is played on the [FTH-314]. This is used when dealing with difficult customers; the staff who hear the message can respond immediately. Transceivers are often associated with communication devices, but by combining different models and functions, they can be used in various ways.

[Calling Bell] To prevent "three Cs" while waiting in line at the group vaccination site. [Yamatsuri Town Health and Welfare Center]
We have introduced the "One-Touch Call" calling bell at the Health and Welfare Center in Yamatsuri Town, Fukushima Prefecture. At the mass vaccination site for the novel coronavirus, when the waiting room becomes full, we provide the calling bell so that individuals can wait in the parking lot until their turn. "We were able to smoothly manage the situation by giving the calling bell to those waiting outside when the waiting room was full." "Older adults can simply return when the calling bell rings, allowing for a trouble-free process." This has received positive feedback. To use it, we hand the "One-Touch Call receiver" to those waiting at the reception, and when their turn comes, we press the "One-Touch Call transmitter," prompting the vaccine recipient to return to the reception to collect the "One-Touch Call receiver." The calling bell, familiar in food courts, is a simple device that is easy to understand and use for everyone, without requiring tasks like "registering as a member via smartphone" or "scanning QR codes," which may not be familiar to older adults. The venue staff can proceed smoothly without needing to explain operations or answer questions. This also helps prevent difficulties in communication and understanding the situation due to crowding.

Case Study of the Shio Kaze Animal Hospital's Introduction of a Calling Bell
We have introduced a one-touch call system for the call bell at Shio Kaze Animal Hospital. Originally, Shio Kaze Animal Hospital was using a call bell from another company. However, there were rare instances when the signal did not reach the parking lot (in front of the hospital), and when pet owners did not return, staff had to go outside to call them. Additionally, since the system was designed to sound an alarm when the signal did not reach, some pet owners mistakenly thought it was the call sound and returned before their turn, which was problematic. In this context, they expressed interest in our product, and we lent them a demo unit for two weeks. After actually using the one-touch call system, they confirmed that they could smoothly call to both parking lots. There were no concerns about the signal not reaching. They were able to use it with peace of mind and decided to implement it.

[Introduction of Kodama Service Case Study] Calling a liftman at the truck berth.
This time, we have introduced a wireless andon system for trucks arriving at the truck berth (loading area) to call workers and lift operators (forklift drivers). The implementation was done by Kodama Service Co., Ltd., Saitama Sales Office. When the truck driver is ready for loading, they call the lift operator. Once the loading preparation is complete, they go to call the workers. Since the workers are often inside the warehouse, a "transmitter" is installed at the entrance. This time, since there was a request to "notify with sound inside the warehouse," we adopted a "patrol light buzzer." The buzzer continues to sound while the number is lit up on the "A contact receiver" that receives the number. When the worker arrives at the entrance where they are being called and presses the transmitter, the number is cleared and the patrol light buzzer also stops. Additionally, a transmitter is installed at the office entrance to notify the warehouse when there are visitors when no one is in the office.

【Product Introduction】How 'matoca' is used in clinics - Combination of LINE and phone
We would like to introduce how 'matoca' is used in the clinic. The patients are relatively older, and the clinic is well-regarded as a primary care physician by local residents. Due to online reviews, there has also been an increase in young first-time patients. With the outbreak of COVID-19, we wanted to improve the situation of crowded waiting rooms, so we are attempting to address this issue using our product. We will change the waiting area without altering the operation significantly. Patient calls will be made via LINE, and essentially, it will be an automatic calling system. This has helped alleviate the situation of crowded waiting rooms.
