[Case Study: Food] Transportation of Dairy Product Cups
We will introduce a case of automating the transportation, stacking, and palletizing of cup dairy products (cheese) using six robots with different tactics.
The case study introduced this time is from Choceňská mlékárna, a company located in the town of Choceň, 100 miles east of Prague in the Czech Republic, which produces brands of spreads, yogurt, and curd cheese. Since its establishment about 90 years ago, the company has been committed to high quality standards and has implemented automation in mass production and more reliable production routes. Additionally, a new line has been designed and implemented to package popular dairy products in the Czech Republic at a speed of 20,000 units per hour. The six Stäubli robots that were introduced have greatly contributed to improving production flexibility, allowing for very quick reconfiguration of the system to accommodate various products, and efficient automation enables the production capacity of the line to flexibly adapt to the constantly increasing demand. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
