Stratus Technologies has announced the release of version 2.2 of Stratus Redundant Linux (SRL), an enhanced version of the operating system for Stratus ztC Edge, along with the preview version of ztC Advisor, a new integrated edge system management solution. These enhancements will improve infrastructure performance and uptime, reduce time to value, and ensure simple and secure autonomous business operations. ■ Product Availability - Stratus Redundant Linux is standard on Stratus ztC Edge. Version 2.2 will be available as a free software update on Stratus's website starting December 8 (Tuesday). - ztC Advisor is being offered for free as a preview version. The pricing and timing for the official version to be announced in the future are yet to be determined.
