版面に Rがついている「Rラバー版（あーるらばーはん）」 成形品の印刷面にRがかかっている（湾曲している）場合は R彫刻版・ Rラバー版 など、印刷面に沿うようにRをつけた版を使用します。 成形品の形状に沿った版を作製するためには成形品の3Dデータが必要です。 しかし、データが無い場合は3Dスキャナなどの機器を使用して、成形品を3Dデータ化し、そこから版や治具を作ることも可能です。 こういった製品を分析・逆算して設計図を組む「 リバースエンジニアリング 」技術もツジカワの得意とするところです。

治具とは、加工や組み立ての際に部品や工具の作業位置を指示・誘導するために用いる器具の総称です。 加工物を固定して位置決めをし、加工を案内する補助工具として使われます。 治具を使用することで、 安定した状態で加工することができ、品質の安定や生産性の向上に繋げることができます。 ホットスタンプ加工の際に成形品を受け止める役割の治具は特に「受治具(ウケジグ)」と読んでいます。 ホットスタンプ加工時は数百kg～数十トンの圧力が成形品にかかります。 そんな圧力をしっかり受け止め、成形品を固定し、位置合わせを効率的に行うために使用されています。 ツジカワはホットスタンプ版など加飾関連だけではなく、機械部品や刃型など彫刻に関連する様々な分野の製品を手掛けています。 そのため、多種多様な設備を保有しており、技術者の専門分野も多岐にわたります。 設計、3Dモデリングデータ作製から、切削・研磨などあらゆる加工までをワンストップで行えるのがツジカワの強みです。 また材質においても、ベークなどの樹脂からアルミ・鋼などの金属まで、幅広く扱うことができます。
