We handled super engineering plastics with a large machine in the 450t class! We conducted flow analysis and created the mold.
We performed insert molding of color nuts in 4 types at 12 locations. Dimensional stabilization was achieved through automatic insertion using a multi-joint robot on a horizontal molding machine.
