We would like to introduce our decorative technology, "vacuum deposition plating." "Vacuum deposition" is one method of imparting a metallic luster to plastics. In a vacuum, the temperature at which metals vaporize can be lowered, allowing materials such as aluminum, gold, silver, and zinc to be used as deposition metals, with aluminum deposition being the mainstream for decorative purposes. Additionally, "sputtering" has the characteristic of being able to apply metal plating to various resins other than ABS resin, which broadens its application fields. It is widely used for decorative purposes as well as in automotive, low-voltage, optical, and various industrial equipment. On the other hand, compared to other decorative methods, the film formation speed is slow, and the high cost per area is considered a challenge. *Please note that we do not have the equipment for decoration.
