[Kaizen Case] Development and Mass Production of Small Micro Pumps (Micro Pumps)

Consideration of the crank bush and inclined plate shaft structure! Improved the shape of the micropump.

We would like to introduce a case study on the improvement of micro pumps for disinfectants and detergents. There were issues where the detergent would not be drawn up during replacement, and the foam remaining in the piping caused the detergent to become stagnant. To address this, we implemented a structure that allows for the reversal of rotation direction and varied the stroke to ensure the necessary flow rate, thereby resolving the issues during suction. We obtained a patent for this original pump, which is unique to TADAPLA, making it our proprietary micro pump. [Case Study] ■ Product: Micro pump for disinfectants and detergents ■ Challenges - Detergent does not get drawn up during replacement - While the pump pressure can be increased, the flow rate becomes too high to meet specifications - Reducing the flow rate by slowing down the gears is possible, but it does not align with cost considerations *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
