"PA66GF" solves the problems of conventional injection molding through gas injection (AGI molding method) and achieves a high level of dimensional accuracy that was previously difficult to attain. It enables hollow molding that considers increased product rigidity, warpage improvement, shrinkage reduction, and lightweight design. Instead of maintaining high pressure during the resin filling process in general injection molding, nitrogen gas is injected to maintain pressure (low pressure) from inside the product, significantly reducing the occurrence of defects such as shrinkage, warpage, and burrs that were issues in traditional molding.
