History 2006 Car-mounted parts molding began
Powertrain-related (PCU) components and automotive capacitor components! We can meet the requirements for dimensional accuracy.
Tada Plastic Industry started molding automotive parts in 2006. We would like to introduce examples of automotive parts (powertrain-related PCU) and automatic insert molding (injection molding + nuts) for condenser housings (enclosures). With automatic insert molding using a multi-joint robot on a horizontal molding machine, we achieved dimensional stabilization to meet the requirements for dimensional accuracy. We performed insert molding for 4 types of colors/nuts at 12 locations.
