Cost reduction roof rails gas-assisted molding (AGI) PA66GF
Reduction of components and improvement of recyclability! It is possible to significantly reduce the occurrence of defects such as shrinkage, warping, and burrs.
Instead of the conventional high-pressure holding after resin filling in general injection molding, a mechanism has been developed that injects nitrogen gas to maintain pressure (low pressure) from inside the product, significantly reducing the occurrence of defects such as sink marks, warping, and burrs that were issues in traditional molding. With gas injection (AGI molding method), it has become possible to achieve high-level dimensional accuracy that was previously difficult. This method also improves recyclability and reduces costs. 【Features】 ■ High stability ■ Reduction of component parts ■ Lightweight ■ Cost reduction ■ Improved recyclability *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
