Our company is taking concrete measures against climate change with the "Cool Delivery Box." With the spread of online ordering and delivery of products, the number of packages handled by delivery services has been increasing year by year. Consequently, the number of redeliveries has also risen, leading to a total CO2 emissions from truck movements of approximately 420,000 tons, which is equivalent to the volume of CO2 emitted by 170 Tokyo Domes. Reducing redeliveries is directly linked to reducing CO2 emissions. To continue taking concrete measures against climate change, it is necessary for us as a company to maintain the profits required for our operations, but we believe it is also essential to recognize our role as a more socially responsible entity and continue our activities accordingly.
