At Tada Plastic Industry, we processed undercut shapes using injection molding with an undercut treatment in the mold. Typically, if a product has undercuts, it cannot be molded with a standard top-and-bottom mold. Usually, undercut shapes are designed using inclined pins, but in cases where cost is a concern or a slight height is acceptable, undercuts may be used.
