The printed circuit board electrical testing machine can perform high-frequency testing automatically/semi-automatically (continuity testing, insulation testing, four-terminal testing, micro-short detection).
The "TY-CHECKER DS401 (AT)" is a powered inspection system that adds X-direction movement (horizontal movement) to the conventional Y-direction step and repeat transport. It supports both a unique dedicated plate holding method that does not apply tension and a tension holding method, allowing for selection based on the product. The "DS401AT" has achieved "high-frequency characteristic inspection for 5G-compatible boards," "improved operability," "shortened inspection tact," and "reduced fixture costs" by adding the following features: 1. Capable of inspecting high-frequency compatible boards used for "5G," which is essential for the spread of IoT. 2. The substrate feeding mechanism with a transport plate now allows horizontal (X) movement in addition to the conventional vertical (Y) movement. 3. In addition to the conventional transport plate holding method, a tension holding method is now selectable. 4.
