TY-VISION XAIS is an AI system designed for the "TY-VISION series" of final appearance inspection systems for printed circuit boards. For example, we have introduced a dual-sided automatic machine + AI system in the final appearance process of mass-produced fine-pitch rigid boards. We have also implemented a manual machine + AI system in the final appearance process of mass-produced FPC products, which require thorough quality control. As a result, the verification process for final appearance inspection has seen a reduction of 50-70% in false positives thanks to the AI system, allowing for significant labor savings.
