  Swivel joint(7)

  A swivel joint is a rotating joint primarily used for transporting pressurized gases or fluids. The TB-Niigata swivel joint from TB Global Technologies allows for the movement of piping up and down while transporting fluids, as well as movement in all directions—forward, backward, left, and right. The sealing section uses specially shaped packing, enabling rotation without leaking the internal pressurized fluid. The bearing section incorporates two rows of ball bearings that have been heat-treated, providing excellent strength and the ability to withstand moment loads.

  The sanitary swivel joint is a rotating joint specifically designed for sanitary piping, used in safety-first facilities due to its high quality. It has been adopted for nearly 40 years in manufacturing environments with very strict hygiene standards, such as those producing pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, and beverages—items that come into contact with skin or are ingested.

  Ball joint(1)

  The "TB-Niigata Ball Joint" is used for "angle adjustment," "absorption of expansion and contraction," and "displacement absorption" in piping for the transport of steam, hot water, and other high-temperature fluids, and it can sufficiently withstand the expansion, contraction, displacement, impact, and vibration of the piping.

  The seismic isolation piping system "Willow" achieves compliance with three-dimensional (X, Y, Z axes) movements by combining rotary joints. Compared to hoses, it has higher rigidity and can accommodate large displacement amounts simply by changing the length of the piping. Additionally, its shorter length in relation to the required displacement allows for installation in narrow spaces.

  TB Niigata Wing Union is mainly used as a pipe connector for drilling pipes. By combining swivel joints and pipes, it eliminates vibrations and twists caused by high-pressure piping.
