We would like to introduce a case where a robot is used to dispense sauces and creams onto food flowing on a conveyor belt. Previously, only hoses were used, but we installed sanitary swivel joints at both ends of the hose connection between the dispensing part of the robot arm and the replenishment pot, reducing the burden on the hose. The dispensing action onto food on the conveyor belt requires the robot arm to follow precise and rapid movements. As a result, the load on the hose accumulated, leading to damage.
