Sanitary Piping 360° Rotating Joint Case Study VOL.7
Eliminating the risk of leaks! Introducing case studies from manufacturers of hygiene care products.
Here is a case study from a manufacturer of hygiene care products. During the manufacturing of hygiene care products, there is a process where saline solution is transferred from a tank to a drum. However, due to the low viscosity of the saline solution, liquid dripping occurred at the outlet of the faucet after pouring. By installing a sanitary swivel joint (No. 30 elbow type) at the outlet of the tank, it became possible to change the direction of the piping without damaging the helical gasket, eliminating the liquid dripping.
